Government funding options:
Universal 15 hours funded
Funded hours can be used to cover any time that your child is in preschool including lunch sessions. if your child is in preschool more than 15hrs per week, the additional hours will be charged at £5.80 per hour. 15 funded hours are available to all children the term after their 3rd birthday
Expanded funding
Some families will be entitled to 30hrs of funded childcare for children 9 months and over. We will be able to offer up to 29 hours a week (four full days) for families who are entitled to the 30 funded hours, subject to session availability. To find out if you are entitled and to get your code please visit https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare please note Codes must be obtained and then checked by us before a place can be confirmed.
Payments
Payments are required monthly in advance. We prefer payments to be made directly into our bank account, though cash is accepted, you will receive an invoice detailing how much needs to be paid, and the information you will need to pay into our bank account. If your child is absent due to sickness or holiday payment will still be required for the sessions, they have missed. We will need four weeks’ notice to change sessions or to cancel any unwanted sessions. We can accept most childcare vouchers. Please speak to a member of staff if you have problems paying bills as late payment fees will be applied if bills are not paid or paid late.
